Job Description

Essential Responsibilities :
Handle inbound shipments of units as they arrive Run receiving processes in an efficient and streamlined manner Check Rental equipment in and out efficiently Accurately pulls and places units for delivery or pickup. Assists in loading and unloading delivery trucks Receives shipments, logs into inventory, maintains inventory through audits. Locates manufacturer's packing list, verifies receipt of each item listed, signs and attaches packing list to each bill of lading. Signs and dates bill of ladings noting all adjustments and/or damage to product and reports any quality or inventory discrepancy issues to the appropriate person. Communicates positively with supervisors and fellow workers to inform that units have arrived/left. Helps move all inventory into allocated spaces within warehouse. Operates a forklift safely and efficiently, maintains required certification, performs vehicle safety checks and reports discrepancies to supervisor. Assists in keeping facility clean, neat, safe and operating efficiently. Assists in keeping facility secure. Ensures all equipment is stored at end of day and all doors and gates are secured. Maintains proficiency in computerized systems and other technologies as required. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Previous Parts experience (Required) Computer proficiency is required Team oriented and driven to provide a high level of customer service Very good interpersonal skills to work with customers in person and over the phone Bilingual -Spanish (Preferred) Physical ability to lift 15-50 lbs

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour (based on experience)
