In-Person About Us We are a fast-growing sports trading card e-commerce company that specializes in live streaming, card breaking, and online sales. Our business moves quickly, and we're looking for someone reliable and detail-oriented to join our fulfillment team. Position Overview As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for sorting and organizing trading cards accurately within our internal systems. This role is critical to ensuring orders are processed correctly and efficiently. You will be working hands-on with sports cards daily, following structured processes and workflows that our team has built. Key Responsibilities Sort and organize trading cards based on our internal systems and processes Accurately follow instructions and workflows for order fulfillment Assist with packaging and shipping as needed Maintain organization and cleanliness of the workspace Work closely with the team to ensure timely and accurate order completion Requirements Ability to follow directions and adhere to established systems and processes Strong attention to detail and accuracy Must be able to read and communicate fluently in English Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Interest or background in sports and/or trading cards is strongly preferred Schedule & Availability Full-time (40 hours per week) Must be available to work on-site Flexibility to work weekends as needed Compensation & Growth Starting pay: $16/hour Performance-based pay increases at 30, 60, and 90 days Opportunity for growth based on performance and reliability Additional Notes Must be able to work within our systems and follow our methods Flexible scheduling for time off requests with advance notice If you are dependable, detail-oriented, and interested in working in the sports card space, we'd love to hear from you.
