Shipping and Receiving Specialist

Shipping & Receiving Associate (Part-Time with Full-Time Potential) We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our team. This position will begin as part-time (approximately 25 hours per week) with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role for the right candidate. The ideal candidate is organized, motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities Include:

Receiving and inspecting incoming shipments Verifying packing slips and purchase orders for accuracy Preparing, packaging, and shipping outgoing orders Creating shipping labels and coordinating carrier pickups Organizing inventory and maintaining warehouse cleanliness Assisting with inventory counts and material handling Communicating with vendors, carriers, and internal departments as needed

Qualifications:

Previous shipping/receiving or warehouse experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work independently Basic computer skills and familiarity with shipping systems preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required
