This position is responsible for verifying, processing, and staging incoming materials to keep production running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Unload and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage Verify purchase orders against packing slips and report discrepancies Enter receiving data accurately into the inventory/ERP system Stage materials and route them to the appropriate storage locations or production areas Maintain a clean, organized receiving dock and warehouse area Follow all forklift safety protocols and housekeeping standards Communicate shortages, overages, or quality concerns to Customer Service Support periodic cycle counts and physical inventory Requirements High school diploma or GED 1-2 years of warehouse or receiving experience preferred Basic computer skills; ability to enter data accurately Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods Ability to work in a manufacturing environment (temperature variation, noise) Preferred Qualifications Experience with purchase order matching or ERP receiving functions Familiarity with ISO 9001 or quality documentation processes
