Clerk:

You'll be: Processing inbound return shipments and outbound orders accurately and efficiently Verifying shipping documents, bills of lading, return authorizations, and inventory records Coordinating carrier appointments and shipment scheduling Maintaining accurate transactions in WMS/ERP systems Communicating with warehouse associates, supervisors, transportation teams, and carriers about shipment status and discrepancies Monitoring dock activities to ensure smooth inbound and outbound flow Investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, and shipment issues Preparing daily operational reports and ensuring filing/documentation compliance Following company safety policies and operational procedures This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required) Bring 1-3 years of experience in warehouse administration, logistics, shipping/receiving, or reverse logistics (preferred) Are experienced with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), SAP, or similar inventory systems (preferred) Have strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Outlook Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Possess strong communication and customer service abilities Can multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Have a basic understanding of inventory control and transportation processes Are able to work independently and as part of a team Forklift knowledge or warehouse operations experience is a plus Are comfortable working in a warehouse and office environment, including standing, walking, and occasional lifting up to 25 lbs What happens next Once you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
