1635578 United Talent Staffing is currently hiring Shipping & Receiving Coordinator (BOL Experience) for 1st and 2nd Shift in the Hiram, GA area!Pay and Shift:
1stShift:
8a-5pm; 17.50/HR 2nd shift: 3pm-12am; $17.75 an hourJob Duties:
- Receive and process material orders on a daily basis, including accepting deliveries, labeling them and distributing packages and letters internally.
- Preparation, organization, and creation of bills of lading, shipping labels, order receipts and other shipping documents.
- Coordinate deliveries to customers on a daily basis, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues related to tracking, invoicing and other customer queries, including boxing goods, addressing packages, and staying in contact with shipping companies.
- Maintain the company stockroom by cleaning, organizing, and labeling items in storage on a regular basis.
- Keep records of goods that have been shipped and received, preparing regular shipping and receiving reports for supervisors.
- Schedule large shipments and coordinate logistics to ensure that there is enough storage space for incoming items and personnel on hand to manage incoming shipments.
- High volume data entry as needed
- Troubleshoot shipping issues when necessary
- Knowledge of RF scanner

Cherry Picker Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Experience Microsoft Excel
- 1-2 years' experience working in a warehouse setting
- At least one year of supervisory experience in a warehouse setting
- Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time
