Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Responsible for filing out receiving paperwork correctly. Fill out all labels accurately as needed. Label All inbound material (stock and special order). Assign bin locations for all special ordered materials and list accurately on the receiving paperwork and pick ticket. Assign team members to assist with receiving and cycle counting as needed. Help with inventory control and reconciliation as needed. Help to reconcile potential receiving errors as they occur. Primary lead for cycle counting. Miscellaneous duties as assigned by the operations supervisor. Verify all customer returns for quantity and product accuracy along with verifying if the product is re-sellable. Apply labels and provide signed paperwork to the manager.

Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent Minimum five (5) years of related work experience in material receiving. Proven competency to follow material receiving procedures. Attention to details, communication skills and competency of basic math skills. Ability to multi-task and present new ideas. Must be able to work in a team and have leadership skills.

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the incumbent is regularly required to sit and frequently required to walk, talk and/or hear. This position is frequently required to stand and reach with arms and hands. While performing duties of his job, the incumbent is frequently required to stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, or lift. May frequently lift and/or move heavy materials.
