S_176300 Spherion Staffing Services is looking to fill an immediate need for a Shipping and Receiving Clerk with an Aerospace Manufacturing company in Post Falls. Shift is Mon-Thur, 4-10 hour days with start times between 4am-6am Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. In addition, Spherion offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, Washington paid sick leave, an incentive and recognition program (all benefits are based on eligibility).
Responsibilities:
Logistics Coordination:
Receive, unpack, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and packing slips.
Inventory Control:
Maintain accurate records of stock and ensure parts are routed to the correct production departments.
Packaging:
Securely pack aerospace components for shipment, ensuring compliance with industry safety standards.
Documentation:
Prepare shipping labels, BOLs, and international documentation as required.

Manually move, load, and unload materials.

1-2 years of previous S&R experience
Physical Stamina:
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly throughout the shift.

High attention to detail; in aerospace, there is no room for "close enough."
Reliability:
