We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Full-Time Shipping & Garment Folding Clerk to join our fulfillment team. This role is essential to keeping orders moving efficiently and maintaining high-quality presentation standards. Position Overview This role is responsible for preparing apparel orders for shipment, folding garments neatly and consistently, and ensuring packages are accurate and ready to ship. The ideal candidate works well in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and takes pride in producing clean, consistent work. Responsibilities Pick and pack customer orders accurately Fold garments neatly and consistently Prepare apparel for shipment using poly mailers and packaging materials Verify order accuracy before shipment Maintain clean and organized packing and folding stations Assist with receiving incoming shipments as needed Restock packing supplies and maintain inventory organization Follow shipping and quality procedures Report missing, damaged, or incorrect items Assist with higher-volume shipping days and special events Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area Requirements Ability to start work at 8:00 AM, Monday-Friday Ability to fold garments neatly and consistently Strong attention to detail Ability to work quickly and accurately Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 40 pounds Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills Preferred Qualifications (Not required, but helpful) Previous warehouse, shipping, or fulfillment experience Experience folding apparel or working with clothing products Experience working in high-volume environments Experience with apparel packing or order fulfillment Work Environment Fast-paced fulfillment environment Team-oriented workplace Regular standing, walking, and lifting Increased activity during major sales events and seasonal promotions Benefits Full-time employees are eligible for: Health Insurance (UHC) Dental Insurance (Principal) Vision Insurance (VSP) Retirement IRA with Company Match Paid Time Off (PTO) Weekly Pay Additional Information Typical shift: Approximately 8:00 AM-4:00 PM , depending on daily workflow.
