The position is 1st Shift, Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm. Weekly pay period. In this vital role, you will be responsible for managing the flow of goods in and out of our facility, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, efficient inventory management, and seamless logistics operations. Your energy and precision will help keep our warehouse running smoothly, supporting our commitment to delivering exceptional service to our customers. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse management systems, shipping & receiving processes, and distribution logistics. Responsibilities Coordinate the receipt and inspection of incoming shipments, verifying quantities and quality against purchase orders using warehouse management systems. Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling products accurately for delivery, utilizing order pickers, pallet jacks, reach trucks, and forklifts as needed. Load and unload trucks safely with proper equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Maintain organized stock areas through stocking, inventory checks, and cycle counts to support efficient warehouse distribution. Use warehouse management systems (SAP) and other software to track inventory levels, update records, and manage order fulfillment workflows. Ensure all shipping documentation is complete and accurate for each shipment while adhering to company policies and safety protocols. Assist with order picking & packing processes for orders, ensuring timely delivery to meet customer expectations. Requirements Proven experience in warehouse operations including shipping & receiving, order fulfillment, or stock management. Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts (certification preferred), and pallet jacks safely. Strong basic math skills for counting inventory, measuring packages, and calculating weights or dimensions. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), SAP or MRP software is highly desirable. Prior experience with order picking & packing . Physical ability to stand, walk, lift heavy items regularly, and perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in documentation and inventory control. Certain locations require pay information be provided in job postings. In addition to the hourly base pay rate, this position is eligible for periodic bonus payments.
