Elk Grove Village, Illinois, United States Job Description Job Description Position Purpose:

Performs a variety of shipping and receiving tasks. Verify materials received are as ordered and routes incoming items to appropriate departments/locations. Prepares items for shipment.

Essential Functions:

Ability to accurately pick and pack orders. Receive and accurately stock incoming shipments. Operate standup and sit-down Forklift. Load and unload shipments. Prepare shipment documents. Communicate effectively with Warehouse Personnel and Supervisor. Ability to maintain records of incoming and outgoing shipments. Assist with assemblies. Ability to accurately Perform inventory/cycle counts. Organize, clean and maintain warehouse space. Work in a fast-paced, high-speed environment, follow standardized work and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement environment.

Education and Training:

High school diploma or comparable experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

2-year minimum Forklift Experience (certified). Steel toe shoes. All other PPE (eye protection, ear and gloves provided by the company). Physical stamina and strength. Handle heavy equipment.

Physical Demands:

Required to lift up to 50 lbs. Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach and move about the facility.

Environmental Conditions:

Warehouse setting.
