Shipping & Receiving Specialist Hours:

Pay:

$45K to $48K/Annual Salary•

DOE Responsibilities and Duties:

Enter weight, description, and pictures of inbound material into company database. Inspect deliveries for damage/accuracy against invoices. Generate and send settlements to all suppliers. Communicate with suppliers about inbound shipments. Communicate with accounting regarding supplier payment. Communicate with drivers, workers, and internal teams (customer service, logistics). Prepare orders for shipment, create shipping documents (label sheet, loading sheet, and loading instructions). Prepare paperwork (packing list, invoice), track shipments, and manage records for compliance. Maintain accurate inventory records, update logs, and manage warehouse organization. Organize and accurately file paperwork in a timely manner.

Requirements:

High School Diploma required Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred General computer skills required Be proficient in data entry with minimal errors, and detail-oriented Can work under high time pressure, and keep high work quality under minimum supervision Well-organized, initiative, strong sense of responsibility Excellent communication skills Must be willing to undergo a drug test and background check Benefits Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance Covered 100% for Employees Knowledge sharing and continuous training Paid Time off
