Description Shrinkwrapper/Forklift Operator Overview :

Our diverse product offering includes data acquisition, email appends, integrated marketing services, production workflows, custom print production, direct mail solutions, fulfillment and complete lettershop, bindery and mailing services.

Mailing Logistics Supervisor Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
Accurate physical receiving of materials/products to maintain the integrity of inventory control and ensure delivery of materials/products to the proper department. Receives product deliveries Ensures purchase order number is on all paperwork Records and checks the quantity and quality of good received Inspect, accept, or reject inbound shipments Communicates and coordinates with the appropriate buyer for product returns/repair Properly inputs received material into the computer system Delivers products to appropriate internal personnel Assists in other departments as needed Perform cycle counts regularly Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with other employees, supervisors, and managers Maintains safe work environment according to all department procedures, federal and state regulations Maintains job-related confidentiality Understands and adheres to organizational and department policy and procedures
Requirements Qualifications:
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing Ability to operate with a sense of teamwork Ability to always conduct himself/herself in a professional manner Computer literate English is a must to be able to communicate with Account Managers Warehouse experience is required Sit-Down Forklift Experience Required Education Highschool Degree/GED is required
Work Environment/Physical Demands:
Ability to stand for 8 to 12 hours & walk 3 hours Lift up to 50lbs Intermittent bending up to 3 hours.

Bending neck Bending waist Twisting waist Intermittent squatting up to 3 hours Repetitive hand movement up to 8 to 12 hours including: Simple grasping, hand manipulation, pushing/pulling Reach above and below shoulder height
