1st Shift Shipping Clerk - Naperville Handi-Foil Facility Handi-Foil, an industry leader in the manufacture, sale, marketing and distribution of disposable aluminum bakeware has an immediate opening for a shipping clerk on first shift at our facility in Naperville, IL. This privately held company has been in business for over forty years and is experiencing strong growth year after year.

Position Overview:

Generate bills for orders scheduled to ship out. Process orders using ERP System (Oracle). Assist Truck drivers by finding their orders in the system and assigning dock doors. Call drivers to let them know their freight is loaded and ready. Release/Print orders for the next day, including copies and labels. Respond to emails The requirements are: A minimum of 3 yrs. experience in an administrative/clerical position preferably in a manufacturing setting A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word/Excel/Outlook) Well organized and responsible Strong communication skills Bilingual in Spanish is a must Familiar with Oracle This position provides an opportunity to obtain career growth while helping to grow the company.
