Warehouse Picker

Job Summary Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Warehouse Picker, where your energy and precision will drive efficient order fulfillment and distribution. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing products for shipment, ensuring that our customers receive their orders promptly and in perfect condition. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will contribute to a seamless warehouse operation, supporting our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. Duties Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems to accurately pick and process customer orders Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other mechanical tools safely and efficiently Conduct stock picking, stocking, and inventory replenishment activities throughout the warehouse Load and unload shipments using appropriate equipment while adhering to safety protocols Perform quality control checks during picking and packing to ensure order accuracy and product integrity Assist with shipping & receiving tasks, including preparing packages for dispatch and verifying incoming stock Support warehouse distribution operations by organizing materials, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring optimal workflow Requirements Proven experience in warehouse operations, including order picking, packing, and materials handling Ability to operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners with certification preferred Strong mechanical knowledge related to warehouse machinery and equipment operation Prior experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or similar software is highly desirable Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and repetitive tasks safely for extended periods Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, quality control standards, and inventory management practices Excellent attention to detail combined with effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors Join us in creating a vibrant workplace where your skills in warehouse management, heavy equipment operation, and order fulfillment make a real impact.
