Fulfillment Associate

About the Role We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our growing operations team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring customer orders are accurately packed, prepared, and shipped on time. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, takes pride in accuracy, and thrives as part of a collaborative team. In addition to outbound order fulfillment, you will support inventory management, assist with incoming shipments, and help maintain an organized and efficient warehouse operation. Key Responsibilities Accurately package and ship outbound orders according to established procedures and quality standards Prepare shipments by assembling boxes and packaging materials to ensure timely delivery Receive, organize, and restock incoming inventory as needed Replenish fulfillment inventory and keep packing stations stocked and operational Monitor supply levels and communicate inventory needs to supervisors or team leads Maintain accurate inventory organization and storage practices Operate manual pallet jacks when necessary to move materials throughout the facility Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping goals and operational deadlines Follow established workflows, safety procedures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) Communicate effectively with team members and leadership to support daily operations Perform additional warehouse and fulfillment duties as assigned Qualifications Preferred Experience Previous warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, receiving, or distribution experience preferred Experience working in a fast-paced environment is a plus Skills & Attributes Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to follow SOPs, processes, and safety guidelines Strong organizational and time-management skills Effective communication and teamwork abilities Dependable, punctual, and accountable Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to adapt to changing priorities and workload demands Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift Frequent bending, reaching, and movement within the warehouse environment Ability to bend at the waist and knees as needed Must be able to occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds Comfortable working in a warehouse setting with moderate physical activity Why Join Us?
