Shipping and Receiving Associate

National Tube Supply is a leading metals service center specializing in carbon and alloy tubular products. Distributing steel tubing for more than 30 years, we pride ourselves on our customer service and on-time delivery. National Tube Supply has a teamwork-based and fast-paced work environment. We offer competitive wages and a full benefits package including 401k with company match. We are seeking a Shipping and Receiving Associate for our University Park, IL location. Applicants will be required to complete a post-offer Hair Follicle Drug Screen (approx. 3-6 month window) and background check. Job duties include but not limited to: Create and maintain spreadsheets and reports. Prepare shipping labels and bills of lading. Coordinate pickup schedules with logistics providers. Use software such as Epicor, FedEx, UPS, and MyCarrier. Route outbound trucks using PC Miler. Process inbound material receipts from NTS vendors. Perform other assigned duties as needed. Comply with workshop practices and work instructions.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Warehouse and office work environment. Required to wear provided PPE when entering the warehouse.
