Schedule:

A local metal manufacturing company in Watseka, IL is looking for a detail-driven Traffic Clerk to be the backbone of their shipping and receiving process. From coordinating freight to ensuring documentation is flawless, you'll play a vital role in keeping products moving and customers satisfied.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with carriers and internal teams Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and transfer records in company systems Review and verify Bills of Lading (BOLs), packing slips, and shipping documentation Monitor and track purchase orders to ensure delivery accuracy and timeliness Communicate with carriers, drivers, and vendors to schedule pickups and deliveries Assist with labeling and documentation to ensure compliance with shipping standards Support warehouse and logistics teams to maintain smooth shipping workflows

Qualifications:
