This is a climate-controlled facility offering a wide range of perks such as full benefits, 401K, and profit sharing!

Shift Schedule :

6a-6:30p

Rotational Schedule Job Duties :

1. Assist in coordinating and arrange carrier pickups 2. Assist in implementing and help develop standard operating procedures 3. Assist with scheduling via websites (i.e. CVS/Walgreens) 4. Assist with all daily receipts of raw materials or finished goods when received 5. Issue all authorizations for refused/returned goods 6. File all outbound paperwork and receiving logs for inbound shipments 7. Assist in receiving invoices to send to Accounts Payable 8. Ensure that all drop trailer paperwork is in the outside box/mailbox on weekends 9. Trailer check/yard check/staged orders verification 10. Ensure glad hands/chocks are being used on all trailers, promote a safety first atmosphere. 11. Ensure that all applicable building doors are locked and secured 12. Other duties as assigned.
