Administrative Clerk Shift 1

JOB SUMMARY

Supports daily warehouse operations by managing inbound and outbound shipments, maintaining precise documentation, and ensuring accuracy across all inventory and transaction records.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Track and manage inventory using warehouse management systems (WMS) or other computer-based tools, Verify shipment contents against purchase orders and packing lists. Facilitate the return process for damaged or incorrect items. Prepare orders to ensure they are complete, accurate, and ready for delivery. Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments. Keep detailed documentation for compliance and reporting purposes. Update databases and filing systems with current and accurate information. Assist in ensuring efficient workflow within the warehouse.

QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma 1 - 3 years' relevant experience. Ability to read/write and interpret documents. Previous warehouse, logistics, or administrative experience preferred Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is an asset. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic computer skills (data entry, spreadsheets, inventory systems). Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

ADDITIONAL INFO
