Job Description

First Call Staffing is hiring for a Fulfillment Specialist in the MT Comfort area. Hours are Monday- Friday 7am to 330pm. $18.00 an hour. About the role A Fulfillment Specialist performs various tasks in the warehouse including, but not limited to: picking, packing, shipping, receiving, put away, cycle counting, loading and unloading trailers, making boxes, palletizing product, and labeling items. The Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for maintaining accuracy, quality, and meeting or exceeding productivity goals while performing these tasks. Responsibilities Specific responsibilities may include (but are not limited to): Adhere to all safety rules and policies and report all unsafe conditions, near misses, and incidents to a supervisor. Maintain quality standards as required by the management team. Meet productivity requirements as required. Ability to operate manual material handling equipment such as carts and hand jacks. Ability to work overtime as needed. Maintain an exceptionally clean and safe working environment. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Continuous walking, standing, bending, pushing, pulling, reaching, and handling in a warehouse environment, including regular bending, lifting, stretching and reaching both below the waist and above the head. Ability to walk an average of 10 miles daily. Lifting of up to 50 lbs. Able to access all areas of building (ascending and descending stairs and ladders safely and without limitation). Ability to select orders and replenish stock. Ability to identify items on all paperwork including, but not limited to customer orders, bills of lading, manifests, packing lists, stock receipts, and customer labels. Ability to work in a distribution environment that may be noisy, unheated, not air-conditioned. Comfortable using computerized inventory controls systems. Communicates with supervisors and other Fulfillment Specialists. Must Pass a background and drugscreen #Firstcallgre
