Job Description

Job Overview LiquidSpring LLC develops and produces next generation vehicle suspension systems for emergency vehicle, bus, and motorhome markets. Our patented next generation suspension systems replace traditional vehicle springs and shock absorbers by utilizing a compressible fluid as the spring medium along with electronic controls that provide superior, combined ride and handling performance as well as automatic vehicle leveling. The Company is seeking highly motivated individuals with strong, stand-out attributes to join our team and contribute to the growth of our products in vehicle markets.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Shipping Associate will ensure process are followed for:
  • Process Customer Service Orders for shipment- UPS, FedEx and LTL
  • Prepare Suspension Kits for Shipping
  • Assist in receiving Purchase Orders, including quality checks and engineering print verifications
  • Assist with Inventory Control (cycle counts, maintaining proper inventory levels for production)
  • Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
  • Must be able to obtain forklift certification withing 30 days (training provided) Education and/or
Work Experience Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
  • Ability to read engineering prints
  • Ability to use calipers and other tools to verify part specifications are within tolerances
  • Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Ability to become Forklift Certified
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
  • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices High school diploma or GED required
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
  • Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone
