Due to their growth, they are looking at bringing on an additional warehouse associate to fill this role as soon as possible.

Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm.

Pay:

$22.00 an hour

Warehouse Shipping and Receiving/Logistics:

This is a warehouse position that requires the ability to be on your feet most of the day. 75% of your time will be spent picking orders off shelves and shipping out to customers. The other 25% will be spent manually assembling dispensers in boxes or reworking units prior to storing on shelves.

The ideal candidate would have:

Warehouse experience with shipping through UPS or FedEx software and can work well as part of a small team and on their own using their own initiative. The successful candidate will be working with another logistics coordinator and if successful will manage 2-3 Direct Reports.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Pick and pack items based on customer sales orders. a . Accuracy and attention to detail extremely important! b. Review outstanding sales orders & monitor outgoing/incoming shipments to ensure no delays 2. Dispatch orders out using UPS Worldship, and Fed-Ex software. Orders must ship out within 72 hours to ensure customer promise is met. Same-day shipping may be required if requested by customer. a. Experience working with UPS & FedEx shipping software would be preferred. b. Meet with 3PL representatives regularly to ensure our pricing stays competitive and discuss/remove c. Provide LTL quotes when necessary, utilizing multiple quoting platforms to ensure pricing is most competitive 3 . Responsible for loading & unloading trucks and stowing pallets in racking with pallet jack/forklift. a . Forklift experience required 4. Receive and book in stock into our computer system when it arrives at our warehouse a . PC experience would be preferred. b. All inventory must be tracked from entry into the building until dispatch to the customer. Complete an inventory count (stock take) every month to complete the entire inventory in a 12-month 5. Rework of products, some products will require kitting and assembly, so some mechanical aptitude is helpful but a. Ensure all kitting/rework completed is properly received/ adjusted into the inventory system b. Keep work instructions updated for each re-work kitting function performed 6 . Support with Return Merchandise Authorizations as needed (RMA's) a . Communicate with sales team to collect info necessary to assist Customer Care and coordinate customer specific requests 7. Keep warehouse neat - floors clean, trash emptied into dumpster, and product shelves organized. We set a high bar for cleanliness.
