What You'll Do Working under the direction of the Operations Manager, you will: Unload incoming trucks, inspect and verify merchandise against purchase orders Label, bag, kit, and sort products accurately to meet customer specifications and quality standards Pack orders, seal cartons, apply shipping labels, and prepare shipments for carriers Move, sort, and store materials in the proper locations using established systems Perform cycle counts, physical inventories, and maintain accurate records Weigh and count items to ensure order accuracy and quality standards Keep the warehouse and shipping station clean, organized, and safe at all times Assist with facility maintenance and other duties as needed to support the team Skills & Competencies Ability to read and follow work instructions, procedures, and safety guidelines Basic computer and writing skills to complete routine logs and reports Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn Dependable team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment Education & Experience High school diploma or GED preferred Warehouse, assembly, or production experience is a plus, but not required - we will train motivated individuals Forklift certification is a plus Physical Demands Frequent standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods Regularly lift 20 lbs, and occasionally up to 50 lbs Good vision (close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception) Comfort in working in non-climate-controlled warehouse (warmer in summer) Pay & Benefits Competitive pay: $21 per hour Health Insurance Life and Disability Insurance Paid Time Off Opportunities for growth as company continues to expand.
