Job Description

NIGHT SHIFT
7:00 pm - 7:00 am
Location:
Florence, KY Pay:
$21.55 per hour
Schedule:
12-hour rotating shifts
Workweek:
3-4 per nights a week (3 days one week, 4 days the next)
Position Overview:
In this fast-paced, industrial environment, you will be the first point of contact for incoming parts, ensuring the accuracy of all inbound and outbound logistics. We need an organized, detail-oriented individual who takes pride in accuracy and efficiency.
What You'll Be Doing Receiving & Processing:
Accurately unpack shipments, bag/label parts, and log data into the Warehouse Management System (ERP).
Quality Control:
Conduct detailed inspections; verify that part numbers and quantities match documentation perfectly before products move to stock or shipping.
Inventory Integrity:
Assist with cycle counts and daily audits. Proactively alert the Inventory Coordinator to low-stock levels.
Documentation:
Maintain real-time updates for digital files and paperwork scanning.
What We're Looking For Physical Stamina:
You must be comfortable lifting, bending, stooping, and remaining on your feet for the duration of a 12-hour shift.
Reliability:
We prioritize candidates with a consistent attendance record and the ability to meet daily operational deadlines.
Technical Skills:
Comfortable using computers for data entry and scanning technology.
Experience:
Warehouse, shipping, or packing experience is a plus, but a strong work ethic and "sharp eye" are the top requirements.
Safety Requirements:
Must be willing and able to wear required PPE, including Composite-toed or Carbon Fiber boots , for the duration of every shift.

$21.55 per hour
