Fulfillment Specialist Able Packaging Solutions Lexington, KY Job Details Part-time | Contract $15 an hour 13 hours ago Benefits Paid training Flexible schedule Qualifications Computer operation Packing Attention to detail Warehouse experience Technical Proficiency Time management Full Job Description We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Fulfillment Specialist to join our growing operations team. In this role, you will play a critical part in our e-commerce supply chain by processing incoming orders, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring our customers receive their products on time and in perfect condition.
Key Responsibilities Order Processing:
Read work orders, select products from inventory shelves, and verify that all items match customer requests.
Picking & Packing:
Pack and label merchandise securely to prevent damage during transit, following company brand and quality guidelines.
Shipping:
Generate shipping labels, prepare pallets and stage packages for carrier pickup.
Inventory Control:
Monitor stock levels, alert management to low-inventory items, and assist with cycle counts and audits as needed.
Warehouse Organization:
Maintain a clean, safe, and highly organized workspace to optimize daily efficiency.
Qualifications & Requirements Experience:
1-2 years of experience in order fulfillment, shipping/receiving, or a related warehouse role preferred but other applicable experience will be considered.
Technical Skills:
Basic computer proficiency. Familiarity with Shippo or similar shipping software is a plus.
Physical Stamina:
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, along with the ability to crouch, reach, and lift packages weighing up to 40-50 lbs.
Soft Skills:
Superior attention to detail, strong time-management skills to meet daily shipping deadlines, and a positive attitude.
Pay & Benefits Pay Rate:
$15.00 per hour
Job Type:
Part-time, Contract Schedule & Hours Hours:
10-20 hours per week (averaging 15 hours per week )
Base Days:
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday Flexibility:
We offer flexible scheduling , allowing you to easily adjust hours or even swap your days when needed.
Growth Opportunities:
Additional hours are available in other departments for the right individual. We love to cross-train and promote from within!
