opportunity available for a Floral Hardgoods Sales & Stock Associate to join our Team! . This position will be responsible for:

Sales Assistance :

Assist customers and Sales team with product selection, inquiries, and problem resolution.

Order Fulfillment:

Retrieve sales orders, pull / pack merchandise, create invoices(s) and process returns.

Inventory Management:

Stock shelves, rotate products, and replenish merchandise.

Shipping/Receiving:

Load/Offload freight and transfers. Verify receipt of goods. Price Merchandise according to company specifications Maintain Showroom organization, safety, & light housekeeping Clerical functions: File, answer telephone, distribute/stock marketing materials, data entry & computing Participate in Open Houses and Sales Events (including after-hours functions)

Other:

Perform special projects and other duties, as assigned. . Requirements & Skills desired: High school diploma or equivalent, preferred. 1-2 Years Similar work experience in retail/wholesale, preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to Lift/Move up to 50lbs of weight. Extreme accuracy and attention to detail. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects. Ability to work in a fast paced environment. Basic Mathematical ability. Basic to Intermediate proficiency with MS Office & overall computer skills, required. .

Work Hours:

The typical work schedule will be from 7AM-2PM (+/-), Mon - Fri and every other Saturday 7AM-10AM. Additional hours during holiday/busy seasons will be required. .
