  • Supports shipping operations through the execution of the following administrative tasks: Import/Export Administration May create loading documents including placards, stencils and packaging documentation Perform data entry regarding: Shipment details and information Railroad activity including logging bills of laden (BOL's), recording railcar weights, and authorize railcars entrance and exit from the plant utilizing site specific software (i.
e. Rail Connect, Railmate, etc.) Laboratory quality assurance approvals Scanning and filing of a variety of shipping department reports This position involves safety-sensitive job duties.
