Lafayette, LA Job Details Full-time 16 hours ago Qualifications Mobile devices Full Job Description The 3PL Fulfillment Associate is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and shipping orders for third-party clients using our internal inventory and shipping systems. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, organization, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced fulfillment environment.

REQUIREMENTS

Strong attention to detail, especially with small or delicate items Ability to follow written and digital instructions for order processing Comfortable using tablets, barcode scanners, and inventory software Dependable, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team Prior experience handling or shipping is a plus Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally Frequent bending, reaching, and use of fine motor skills for handling small products Good visual acuity for reading product labels, order sheets, and digital screens Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures, including hot and cold conditions depending on the season At Completeful, we provide full-service fulfillment solutions for eCommerce brands—producing, packing, and shipping thousands of personalized products each day from our Lafayette, Louisiana facility.
