Job Description

Back Receiving Associate @ Stuller Description Our dedicated Logistics Operations team performs an array of duties such as receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from automated and manual stock locations, and sorting and packing orders. Our Receiving team handles inspecting, receiving, and processing stock while ensuring order accuracy. They provide product info, slot new items, and offer technical support to keep everything running smoothly. The position of Receiving Associate will accurately inspect and count various types of merchandise, promptly identifying defects and errors, all while aligning with departmental objectives. Additionally, the Receiving Associate will support the Fulfillment & Distribution departments by handling secondary tasks such as checking, filling, scanning, and sorting orders as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure precise and efficient order filling and verification to uphold quality standards Operate machinery for scanning, sorting, and inducting orders Conduct daily cycle counts accurately Identify pieces and correct quantities Utilize Oracle, Microsoft Word, and Excel for work tasks Gain familiarity with jewelry products and uphold a clean and efficient workspace.

High school diploma or equivalent Accurate, efficient, and organized work style Ability to multitask and respond quickly in a fast-paced environment Computer literacy, including the use of calculators Demonstrated proficiency in tasks requiring manual dexterity and close-range detail observation. Self-motivated and able to work independently or on a team
