5 & 2 Quality Construction & Production is accepting résumés for a Shipping and Receiving Clerk to work at our shop in Youngsville, LA. This will be a full-time position with overtime possible. Responsibilities and Duties Receive material from vendors Recording, verifying and distributing MTR's to associated job, then to QC Department for data book recording Complete JSA for general forklift use as well as specific job loadouts Review JSA's with crew prior to performing work Coordinate transportation for delivery and oversee loadout of finished products Inventory and record stock material stored in yard Stage and tag material per job and MTR list Deliver material to appropriate shops per the job scope Perform safety check on forklift and other equipment Maintain job files per Operations policy Direct vendor deliveries to appropriate departments Required Qualifications 1+ year experience with Shipping and Receiving or Warehouse environment required 1+ year experience operating a forklift is required Computer skills with Microsoft Office is a plus Knowledge of raw material used in metal fabrication is a plus
