Shipping and Receiving

We are seeking a highly organized, detailed-oriented, and reliable individual to join our team as a Shipping and Receiving Team Member. This critical role ensures the seamless flow of materials into and out of our production facility, directly impacting our operational efficiency and on-time delivery. Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of all incoming orders and expected delivery dates.

Receiving and Material Handling:

• Physically receive, inspect, and verify all incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips, noting any discrepancies or damage.
• Efficiently unpackage, stage, and prepare raw materials and components for immediate transfer to the production floor.
• Ensure all received goods are correctly labeled and stored in designated inventory locations.

Inventory & Data Management:

• Accurately and promptly update our internal Order Tracking System with receiving details, material locations, and order status changes.
• Assist in periodic cycle counts and physical inventory reconciliation.

Shipping and Logistics:

• Prepare and process outgoing shipments, including accurate labeling, documentation and packaging to prevent transit damage. Qualifications and Skills
• Proven experience in a shipping, receiving, warehouse.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills are a must.
• Proficiency with inventory and order tracking softwares
• Ability to operate standard warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jack)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Benefits

• 40 Hours per week (Floating 8 between 7:00am-5:00pm)
