Role:
Postmarc LLC is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Retail Warehouse Associate to support our growing operations. As an essential member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for supporting the receiving, organizing, inventory control, tagging, and shipping of goods for both the Postmarc and ST33LE clothing brands. We're looking for a hardworking individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and enjoys working as part of a creative, customer-focused team.
Key Responsibilities:
    Receiving Shipments:
    Unload and inspect incoming shipments, ensuring that product quantities and quality match purchase orders. Report any discrepancies or issues to the warehouse manager immediately.
      Inventory Management:
      Perform regular inventory counts, update inventory systems, and maintain accurate stock levels. Track stock movements and ensure items are stored efficiently and are easily accessible.
        Product Tagging & Labeling:
        Attach price tags, size labels, and other necessary product identifiers to incoming merchandise. Ensure that all items are tagged correctly and ready for retail or online distribution, while adhering to brand guidelines.
          Order Fulfillment & Shipping:
          Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment based on customer orders. Ensure products are securely packaged, labeled correctly, and shipped in a timely manner.
            Inventory Audits:
            Participate in regular inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
              Returns Processing:
              Handle and restock returned goods, ensuring items are properly inspected for quality and stored appropriately.
                General Warehouse Organization:
                Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Assist with the efficient movement of goods and ensure a systematic approach to managing inventory.
                  Collaboration:
                  Work closely with team members across departments to meet operational goals. Be proactive in assisting with special projects, such as product launches, inventory replenishment, or promotional campaigns.
                  Requirements:
                    Experience:
                    Prior experience in a warehouse, distribution, or retail back of house setting is preferred, but we are open to training motivated candidates.
                      Physical Requirements:
                      Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform manual tasks including bending, lifting, and sorting.
                      • Attention to
                      Detail:
                      Ability to accurately tag products, manage stock levels, and prepare shipments with precision to avoid errors.
                        Organizational Skills:
                        Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Must maintain a clean and orderly workspace.
                          Tech-Savvy:
                          Basic knowledge of inventory management software and shipping systems is a plus. Willingness to learn company-specific tools and processes.
                            Team-Oriented:
                            A positive, proactive attitude with the ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team. Must be adaptable and willing to pitch in wherever needed.
                              Local Candidates:
                              Candidates must be able to reliably commute to our warehouse at 46 Plympton Street, Boston. Meter street parking.
