Immediate start through July 2, 2026 Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Clerk III to support our client's invoicing and logistics operations at their Hanover, MA facility. This is a temporary assignment with an immediate start date. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments. Key Responsibilities Invoice Processing & Billing Generate and issue daily customer invoices based on shipped goods, Bills of Lading (BOLs), and purchase orders. Ensure all billing documentation is accurate, complete, and processed in a timely manner. Inventory, Shipping & Documentation Auditing Partner with production and shipping teams to verify packing slips and Bills of Lading. Cross-reference shipped products, quantities, and freight weights to ensure they match customer invoices prior to release. Identify and resolve discrepancies to maintain billing accuracy. Customer Order Verification Collaborate with the customer service team to review purchase orders and confirm correct ship-to locations. Verify customer billing requirements, tax jurisdictions, and order details to minimize billing errors and disputes. Logistics & Shipping Coordination Work closely with traffic, logistics, and dispatch teams to monitor daily shipping schedules. Ensure shipping documentation is completed accurately and efficiently to support on-time deliveries and smooth operational workflows. Qualifications Previous administrative, invoicing, clerical, logistics, or customer service experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with multiple departments.
