250-002 Shipping/Receiving Specialist

Shipping & Receiving Associate Leominster, MA $1,500 Sign-On Bonus! $500 at 90 days | $1,000 at 180 days Chroma is looking for a hands-on Shipping & Receiving Associate to support daily warehouse and shipping operations. This role combines administrative and computer-based tasks with some physical work so we're looking for someone comfortable doing both. If you enjoy staying organized, working with systems, and being part of a fast-paced team, this may be a great fit. What You'll Do Handle administrative tasks like paperwork, reports, and data entry Schedule shipments and work directly with freight handlers and carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS, LTL, etc.) Print shipping labels, bills of lading, and daily reports Track shipments and help resolve delivery issues Oversee inventory cycle counts - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area What We're Looking For Previous Shipping & Receiving experience required Comfortable with administrative duties plus hands-on work duties Experience with TMM systems and Inventory Management Systems preferred or similar programs Basic to intermediate computer skills (Excel experience a plus) Strong attention to detail and organization Ability to work independently and as part of a team Able to lift packages and work in a warehouse environment Pay & Benefits ✅ Competitive hourly pay ✅ $1,500 Sign‑On Bonus ✅ Medical, dental, and vision insurance ✅ Company‑paid life insurance ✅ Short‑ and long‑term disability ✅ 401(k) with company match ✅ Paid Time Off and paid holidays ✅ Most benefits start Day One Why Chroma?
