Shifts:
1st (7:00 AM-3:00 PM) and 2nd (11:00 AM-7:00 PM)
OVERVIEW
  • Process finished goods shipments and assist receiving functions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Opportunity for growth; must follow safety and PPE requirements.
HOURS & PAY
  • Full schedule includes holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed
  • Pay:
    \$22.00 per hour and up (based on experience)
  • 2nd shift differential: \$0.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Load and unload freight (raw materials and finished goods) using clamp or fork truck with proper loading patterns and weight distribution
  • Schedule and manage inbound/outbound loads and dock traffic; coordinate delivery appointments
  • Ensure shipments are complete, accurate, and on time; prepare bills of lading and handle customer requests at shipping/receiving door
  • Use Warehouse Management (WM) system for inventory tracking, transactions, and scanning
  • Perform daily cycle counts and bin-to-bin actions in WM system
  • Check open purchase order reports daily and maintain records for compliance and traceability
  • Maintain safe, organized dock and warehouse areas
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • 2+ years driving fork or clamp truck
  • Proficient using computers for email, scanning, data entry, and basic document tasks
  • Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English

  • 6+ months shipping & receiving experience in a manufacturing environment
