Global Supply Chain•U.S. Supply Chain Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Receiving Associate to support operations at our distribution center in Raynham, MA. This role is responsible for the accurate and efficient receipt, inspection, storage, and processing of incoming materials, ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and process all incoming deliveries in a timely manner Accurately enter and track inventory transactions in SAGE (ERP system) Maintain inventory accuracy across all stock control systems Ensure proper storage and handling of materials, including medical device packaging Process returned goods (RMA) and expired materials Prepare and issue production material documentation to the shop floor Support distribution and loaner operations as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all Quality Management System (QMS) requirements, including:

ISO 13485

standards Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

FDA 21 CFR

Part 820 regulations Support Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) processes in accordance with company SOPs Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required Previous warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience preferred Experience in the medical device industry is a plus Familiarity with ERP systems (SAGE preferred) Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and email communication Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to lift up to 25 lbs Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Effective written and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience working under Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Prior leadership or supervisory experience Knowledge of inventory control systems and processes What We're Looking For Dependable and motivated individuals with a strong work ethic Team players who take ownership of their responsibilities Candidates who thrive in structured, quality-driven environments 10204854 Share this job Copied url To save a job sign in or get started To apply for this job email your details to I want more jobs like this in my inbox.
