Fishing Specialist / Sales and Shipping Associate Tomo's Tackle Salem, MA Job Details Part-time | Full-time $18 - $20 an hour 10 hours ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications Packing Order preparation E-commerce Order shipping Attention to detail Full Job Description Fishing Specialist / Sales and Shipping Associate Tomo's Tackle is a specialty sporting goods store with a focus on saltwater fishing tackle. We're looking for a people-pleaser with attention to details, ability to multi-task and minor technical skills. This position would largely focus on fulfillment of online orders as well as assisting customers in-store and over the phone. An average day would go like this: The start of your day would be to start the fulfillment process of our e-commerce sales. That would include picking items, packing them and shipping them. This would also include contacting the customer via various methods of communication to let them know if there's a problem with their order. While doing this there may be in-store customer inquiries that would need to get dealt with. Once those tasks are completed, restocking shelves, helping receive product and other various tasks would be assigned. Eventually, you'd be trained to assist in the e-commerce platform and spool reels. Basic knot knowledge is highly preferred. A full time position is a 40 per week job. Shifts are 8 hours. The days can be somewhat tailored to your availability, and as you grow into the position, there may be overtime opportunities available. We're open to part time availability as well.
