Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire Position Summary Seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Receiver to join our manufacturing team in Shrewsbury, MA. This full-time, temp-to-hire position is responsible for accurately receiving incoming materials, maintaining inventory records, and supporting efficient warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities Verify incoming shipments by matching packing slips and delivery notes to purchase orders. Report damaged or incorrect shipments and coordinate with procurement and quality teams to resolve discrepancies. Maintain accurate receiving records using an ERP system (Infor). Communicate with vendors and carriers regarding deliveries and shipment issues. Prepare receiving documentation and assist with inventory cycle counts and audits. Support warehouse organization, material flow, and continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving area. Work closely with shipping and warehouse teams to ensure timely material availability. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. 2+ years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory control experience. Experience with ERP systems (Infor preferred) is a plus. Valid driver's license required.
