Job Description

Our DoD/Aerospace client is looking to fill a Senior Stock/Receiving Associate position within their high-technology defense systems team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support logistics and inventory operations by handling the receiving, storing, and distribution of materials and equipment for mission-critical programs. The position is based in Taunton, MA and is fully on-site.

Pay:
$23.86 per hour
Education/Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of related experience
Schedule:
First Shift Clearance Requirement:
No clearance required (U.S. citizenship required) In this role, you will use your technical and interpersonal skills to: Perform physical and administrative tasks related to receiving, storing, distributing, and fulfilling orders for materials and equipment. Accurately complete paperwork and system transactions for receipts, issues, and inventory tracking. Maintain accurate stockroom records, inventory data, and system updates. Research material shortages and support problem-solving efforts. Operate forklifts or other material handling equipment as needed. Support inventory control processes and ensure compliance with company procedures. Assist with handling and processing of classified materials when required. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Knowledge of material receiving, inventory control, and stockroom operations. Familiarity with enterprise software tools such as MRP systems. Basic computer skills and data entry accuracy. Ability to operate forklifts or power industrial vehicles. Understanding of Government Customer Property Control is a plus. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to lift heavy items as required. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to support continuous improvement initiatives.
