Hire Job Summary:
The Shipping and Receiving Clerk is responsible for receiving materials, preparing shipments, maintaining inventory records, and supporting material flow throughout the manufacturing process
Job Duties:
Coordinate freight shipments with carriers and schedule pickups and deliveries. Generate and maintain shipping documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, and shipping labels. Perform inventory transactions and updates within the ERP system. Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts and physical inventories. Move materials safely throughout the facility using forklifts and other material handling equipment. Support production by ensuring materials are available and delivered to the appropriate work areas. Investigate and resolve shipping, receiving, and inventory discrepancies.
Required Skills:
Must have Forklift Operating experience Must have previous direct Shipping and Receiving experience in a manufacturing environment Must have ERP systems experience Proven knowledge of shipping documentation
INDT Pay:
$24.00 - $26.00 per hour
