Shipping & Receiving Associate

ActOne Group is hiring a Shipping & Receiving Associate to support operations at a professional client site in Waltham, MA. This is a great opportunity for candidates with customer service, warehouse, shipping/receiving, or office support experience who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced environment. ### Responsibilities Shipping, receiving, and inventory support Pull and prepare orders for staff and technicians Load, unload, and organize incoming materials Operate pallet jacks and support stockroom operations Track inventory and update records in inventory systems Assist with order processing, deliveries, and material requests Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace Lift and move materials up to 100 lbs as needed ### Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1-2 years of related experience preferred
• Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills
• Strong communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working in warehouse and onsite office settings
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and stand for extended periods
