The ideal candidate will have good organizational skills, shipping and receiving experience, forklift operation experience, and solid computer proficiency. This role is responsible for coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments accurately and on schedule Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against packing slips and purchase orders Prepare orders for shipment including labeling, packaging, and documentation Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently Maintain accurate inventory records through data entry and system updates Organize and stage materials within the warehouse for production and shipping needs Follow shipping procedures and ensure compliance with company and safety standards Communicate with internal teams regarding shipment status and material availability Support general warehouse operations as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment ...
