Jams RX is a wholesale pharmaceutical distributor in Windsor Mill, MD. We distribute prescription medication to pharmacies across the United States—work that depends on accuracy and people who show up ready to give their best every day. Our warehouse team is growing, and we're looking for a dependable Receiving Clerk to be the first stop for every shipment that comes through our doors. You'll make sure incoming products are accurately received, checked, and properly stored—an important role that keeps our whole operation running smoothly. This is a great entry-level opportunity—no warehouse experience required. If you're dependable, willing to learn, and ready to show up and work hard, we'll teach you the rest. What we can't teach is reliability and a strong work ethic—so if showing up on time, every day, is just who you are, you'll fit right in here. What you'll do: Receive incoming shipments and verify them against packing slips and purchase orders Inspect products for damage, accuracy, and quantity Accurately record and document all received inventory Sort, label, and store products in their proper warehouse locations Report discrepancies, shortages, or damaged goods Keep the receiving area clean, organized, and safe Learn and use our warehouse management system Follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures Pitch in on other warehouse tasks as needed What we're looking for: Dependable daily attendance and punctuality —this is the #1 thing we value Someone our team can count on, day in and day out A team player who takes pride in their work Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good time management and organizational skills Consistent, quality work output and productivity A willingness to give 100% to get the job done High school diploma or equivalent Some prior warehouse experience is a plus, but not required—we'll train the right person Must pass a background check and drug test

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Consistent day shift—no nights, no weekends Overtime available for those interested
