Job Description

Parcel Clerk - Job Overview The Parcel Clerk is responsible for auditing, packing, and processing small parcel shipments while using third-party systems to generate accurate shipping labels and documentation. This role ensures packages are routed correctly and shipped on time in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Sign-On Bonus:
Receive a $500 bonus after 90 days of successful employment. Key Responsibilities Audit, pack, and process parcel shipments using UPS WorldShip and FedEx Ship Manager Create shipping labels and ensure accurate routing to final destinations Invoice outbound orders using SAP (ERP system) Maintain organized shipment records and documentation Ensure deadlines are met throughout the order fulfillment process Follow all company procedures, policies, and ISO standards Support the Shipping Department and perform other warehouse duties as needed Maintain a clean, organized workspace to prevent shipping errors Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required Minimum 1+ year of small parcel shipping experience required Experience with UPS WorldShip and FedEx Ship Manager preferred SAP and Microsoft Office experience a plus Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow detailed instructions Physical Requirements Stand/walk for extended periods Lift up to 40 lbs occasionally Frequent bending, twisting, and use of hands and close vision Benefits Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with company profit sharing Generous PTO and FSA Employee Assistance Program and referral bonus Tuition reimbursement Competitive salary About STAUFF For over 50 years, STAUFF USA has developed and manufactured hydraulic components built on core values of honesty, respect, and trust.
