Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Stocking and Loading Associate, where your energy and organizational skills will keep our warehouse running smoothly and efficiently. In this vital role, you will be responsible for stocking shelves, loading and unloading shipments, managing inventory, and ensuring that products are ready for retail sales or distribution. Your proactive approach will help maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized environment, supporting the overall success of our operations. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your warehouse experience while contributing to a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. Responsibilities Load and unload shipments using equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to ensure quick and safe handling of goods Stock shelves accurately by following inventory management procedures and utilizing inventory control systems Assist with packaging products for shipment or retail display, ensuring quality standards are met Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment by performing routine cleaning and maintenance tasks Support shipping and receiving processes by verifying incoming and outgoing items against shipping documents Use communication skills to coordinate with team members on stock levels, product placement, and safety protocols Perform heavy lifting regularly to move products safely within the warehouse while adhering to safety guidelines Skills Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and RF scanners for accurate stock tracking Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and effectively Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in stocking, packaging, and inventory control Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently while maintaining safety standards Multilingual abilities are a plus for effective communication with diverse team members or clients Warehouse experience in retail or grocery store environments is highly desirable Good communication skills paired with strong organizational abilities to support team collaboration and efficiency Join us in creating a vibrant workplace where your efforts directly impact our ability to serve customers efficiently!
