Shipping and Receiving Associate

Job Summary The Shipping and Receiving Associate will be responsible for overseeing the shipping operations at SimplyO3. This includes ensuring that all orders received before 3 PM ET are accurately and efficiently processed and shipped out on the same day. The ideal candidate will be someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of handling all shipping tasks independently.

Primary Responsibilities Order Processing:

Ensure all orders received before 3 PM ET are processed and shipped out on the same day.

Shelf Stocking:

Keep shelves stocked with products ready for shipping. Keep shelves stocked with shipping supplies such as boxes, tape, bags, etc.

Shipping Coordination:

Coordinate with shipping carriers to arrange pickups and deliveries, ensuring timely and cost-effective shipping solutions.

Customer Service:

Address and resolve any shipping-related issues or inquiries from customers promptly.

Assembly:

Assemble and prepare products for shipping, such as bundling of products to create kits. Receiving Help receive large shipments of inventory by counting the products and matching them to the purchase order, along with organizing the inventory in the warehouse.

Continuous Improvement :

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance shipping efficiency and reduce costs. Cleanliness and Organization Shipping room is cleaned, boxes taken out at the end of each day Requirements & Employment Details Full-Time Base hourly wage, $22/hr, PTO, Retirement benefits W2 Employment Office hours, 7:00 - 4:00PM M-F. Must be detail oriented, clean, collaborative, and thorough Must have reliable transportation
