Job Description

Job Summary Moves materials within a warehouse and completes other warehouse support tasks. Performs various operations, including unloading, picking, packing, counting, and checking items to maintain inventory. Operates hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, motorized conveyors, or other material handling equipment according to safety policies and procedures. May view or input information into a warehouse management system (WMS), enterprise resource system (ERP), or other database. Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Intermediate :
Works under moderate supervision. Typically requires 1-3 years of related experience. Job Responsibilities Proficient in the Picking and Packing functions of Fulfillment I AssociateWorks in one of the designated roles: Shipping Associate, Receiving Associate, Warehouse Associate, Material Handler, Inventory Control AssociatePerforms consistently in at least two of the following roles: picking (freight), freight prep (banding, shrink wrap, weighing), material handling (materials put-away), and crate buildingWorks with the production team to ensure timely and accurate completion of ordersMaintains safety rules throughout shiftSafely operates machinery within the warehouse (i.e. forklift, scissor lift, etc.)Understands production workflow processes Job Requirements High School diploma/GED or at least one year of equivalent work experienceWork experience in at least two areas in the warehouseForklift license/Forklift operation experience Essential Job Function Works autonomously and collaboratively in a fast past environment while maintaining a professional and upbeat attitudeStands for prolonged periods of time with or without reasonable accommodationPerforms repetitive motion work including hands, arms, and wrists 100% of the time with or without reasonable accommodationLift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodationAbility to walk throughout a large facility with or without reasonable accommodationTolerates odors, fumes and airborne particles from machines and chemicals with or without reasonable accommodationsTolerates various levels of heat with or without reasonable accommodationsTolerates moderate to loud noise levels with or without reasonable accommodationsOutstanding, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and verbal)Strong analytical and problem-solvingAbility to work overtime and weekends based on business needsAt Bailey International, we prioritize culture and seek candidates who embody our core values: Passion, Teamwork, Creativity, and Delivery.
