You can see our website at www.3dxtech.com. We are looking for a motivated full-time shipping coordinator to pull, pack, and set orders to ship. This position interacts daily with external delivery personnel: arranging outgoing and unloading/distributing arriving shipments. Previous forklift or warehouse experience preferred. On-site training available. General responsibilities include manifesting and closing orders, placing shipping labels onto carton, place any other appropriate labels onto shipping container, placing packing list and invoice into carton(s), ensure product is properly placed into carton to avoid in-transit damage, placing void fill into shipping containers, taping the shipping containers closed, placing finished container on appropriate pallet. Managing shipping costs and closing order on shipping software. Minimum performance levels must be maintained.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

o Utilize shipping software to pull orders at the start of shift, fill orders, and prep for pick-up. o Read pick ticket to determine type, color, size and quantity and location of product in the warehouse. o Proceed to each location and verify merchandise matches item on pick list accurately. o Accurately pull proper quantity for each item on the pick ticket. o Accurately collate packing slips and shipping labels for each order assigned. o Maintain organized warehouse environment. o Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS FOR POSITION

o Demonstrates ability to follow directions and adjust priorities or job duties as business needs change. o Ability to lift 50lbs on a consistent basis, including overhead. o Able to clean while working and remove debris from around product storage. o Able to work independently.

QUALIFICATIONS

o Shipping & receiving: 1 year (Preferred) o High School Education or equivalent o Comprehend oral and written instructions (in English). o Should be able to read, write, and have sufficient ability to identify colors, sizes, quantity, and label information. o Must have basic math skills and the ability to count quickly and accurately. o Strong attention to detail. o Desired skill - familiarity and/or experience with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

o While performing the duties of this job, the employee is constantly required to walk and stand. The employee frequently lifts and/or moves up to 50lbs. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms, handle or feel, to pull/push carts with product, grasp and perform repetitive hand, wrist and arm motions. The employee is frequently required to climb, kneel/squat, bend and carry.
