We are seeking a full-time Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our Grand Rapids team. If you are dependable, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Manage the shipment and receipt of parts, equipment, materials, and supplies Verify incoming shipments for accuracy and inspect for damage Promptly unload trucks and deliveries and properly sort, stage, and stock received items Prepare and package outgoing shipments according to company and carrier requirements Track, trace, and update the status of incoming and outgoing shipments Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records and documentation Coordinate with parts, service, and other departments to ensure timely delivery of materials Communicate professionally with vendors, delivery drivers, and internal team members Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and work environment Qualifications 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or GED Valid state-issued driver's license Able to pass a background screening and drug test Good written and verbal communication skills Punctual, reliable, and able to work with a strong sense of urgency Able to work independently and as part of a team Able to regularly lift and carry up to 70 pounds Forklift experience or willingness to become certified Benefits 401(k) with a generous employer match Medical, dental, vision, and prescription insurance plans Paid vacation, holidays, and sick time Opportunities for advancement and promotion from within Annual company-wide Christmas party and other employee events Company apparel and promotional gear
